The Dowel Rolling Pin is handmade with love in our Eora (Sydney) workshop from sustainable American Oak, a gorgeous hardwood known for its strength and durability.
The ideal rolling pin shape can be a divisive topic, but after lots of feedback from chefs, cooks and pastry makers we created a hefty Dowel Rolling Pin with a thickness and weight that does lots of the work for you.
Perfect for rolling anything from doughs, to pie and pizza crusts, cookies, pasta, tenderising meat and anything else you can think of.

Care instructions:
Sealed with our natural beeswax balsam. We recommend re-oiling your pin frequently to keep it looking as good as the day you received it, with the complimentary pot we include with every purchase.
Cleaning instructions:
After use, wipe your Dowel Rolling Pin with a warm soapy cloth, followed by a soft, dry cloth and leave to air-dry. Do not immerse in water or put it in the dishwasher.
To bring it back to its original condition at any time sand with a high grit sandpaper (ideally a wet/dry sandpaper), give it two coats of cutting board oil (available from Bunnings) then re-seal it with the beeswax balsam we include with every purchase.

While we make every effort for our timber pieces to look like our photos it’s never guaranteed. This is the beauty of working with natural materials and means that each product is truly unique.
